This in-store VM role is responsible for working with store management to maximize sales, maintain the Levi’s brand image through implementing Levi’s Visual guidelines and Merchandising standards and offer an exceptional customer service through team work and living our brand values.

The VM will be consistently delivering store sales targets by ensuring the product on the floor is well displayed, tagged, assorted in the full range of sizes and available for customers. Replenishing the floor, using your knowledge of merchandising standards, sales productivity and customer service to increase the store profitability, as well as reviewing store sales, KPI’s and merchandise reports to identify product sales opportunities with the store manager. You will also assist with the customer’s journey by offering an exceptional 1-2-1 service and ensuring the customer comes first.

Our ideal candidate must be creative, have very high VM standards as well as having previous VM experience within retail. Good level of knowledge on current trends is important to embed Levi’s pioneering brand image and values through implementing our visual guidelines. Having strong customer service and confident in approaching customers is also necessary, as well as a good track record of working to KPIs, analyzing results through reports and providing store feedback. Being great at selling our products, learning about our heritage and someone who loves our brand is very important to us.
