We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Timberland® Oslo store team in Vestby Center - someone with passion, knowledge and enthusiasm to bring our brand to life.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will:
ensure sales growth for your store
lead and deliver high levels of customer care
ensure your team shares Timberland® brands values
manage stock and administration efficiently
provide cover in the Store Managers absence
play a role in staff development, recruitment and training
To succeed you need:
strong people management skills
management experience (at either Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager level)
experience with a high-profile fashion/lifestyle/sports retailer is preferable
ability to motivate the team by setting a positive, hands-on example to drives customer service
flexibility to work 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, including evenings and weekends
knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Outlook)
